Rep Charles Rangel: People are Mad As Hell
The Congressman Rangel appears to believe that the Occupy Wall Street Movement is giving a voice to the people and that everyone agrees that someone should do something about the problems the Occupy movement is bringing to light.
Congressman Rangel understands that the people are mad as hell and supports OWS
On his website (rangel.house.gov) he is quoted as saying on October 6th: “I’m Proud of #OccupyWallStreet Protesters” and that “glad to visit Liberty Plaza to lend my support”. He also wanted to “encourage more of my Collegues in Congress and the religious community to stand with the people on Wall Street to help occupy America. Together, we can take back our country.”
Congressman Charles Rangel (Democrat New York) also reports during his Town Hall: “Mad As Hell” YouTube video that less than 1% of the population of USA owns more than 42% of all the wealth and that there is something wrong with that formula.

He shares his hope that we (the people) can win this battle just like they did back in 1965 with the Voting Rights Act, that outlawed discriminatory voting practices that were very widespread at the time.
