The Thomas Jefferson Hour

What President Thomas Jefferson would be saying if he were alive today and was being broadcast over 300 radio stations.

The Thomas Jefferson Hour is a weekly interview with President Thomas Jefferson the 3rd President of the United States.

ThomasJeffersonHour300The weekly radio show is an educational and intellectual exercise, that can be quite entertaining and thought provoking. President Jefferson also answers questions about current events and times from the listening audience.

My favorite episodes so far are the ones where he makes comments about: the US Constitution, individual rights, American history, the right to bear arms, immigration, and militias vs professional soldiers and more.

Thomas Jefferson is portrayed extremely well by humanities scholar Clay Jenkinson on the weekly radio show and should be emulated as a better way to teach history. It is most certainly one of the better examples of edutainment out there today and a wonderful way to understand some of the thinking behind the group of men that inspired and brought the modern world the great social experiment we now know as a Democratic Republic.
